In the withdrawn and anomic characteristics of the sound here there is a finesse to it all. That is stylishly suited to the latent gothic attributes of the band’s identity. Adding a touch on noir is the retro electronic aspects that favourably come to pass in the way this is directed. What lingers gives it an underground flair that is also blessed with a tinge of darkened lustre. That necessitates in the oeuvre demonstrated and collectively enhances the apparel in a highly attractive way. It suitably considers the art house rhetoric that is present but by virtue draws a suitable comparison with other contemporaries such as Depeche Mode for all the right reasons.
