The internet can be a vessel of creativity and it allows for an endless list of possibilities in The Pace Age. Here is an interesting concept. There is no direction in this video, which is the point. All of the clips used are real footage of real people inside a 30-40 second burst of film. That diversity suits the underground kitcsch here. If anything what it seems to really do is invoke a wealth of artistic merit that is on a par with the films of Andy Warhol. Here there is a bold approach that elevates everything above an ‘art for art’s sake’ comparison and that elevation heightens the appreciation in terms of how it channels that creativity towards an approach that is daring and rich in noveau flair.
