We have been following this Brooklyn band since 2012 and everything about them suggests that they are the real deal. This is very hip and you are immediately hit by the sharp cut off the jazz touches that meet with the funk. the steady climb in the bass hook gives it something highly presentable and this shows. With the cumbersome seduction of the vocals of frontwoman Arleigh Kincheloe everything is given an added precedent. What is picked up on here is a lean sense of style meeting with a magnetic confidence. It oozes appeal but more importantly it hits everything as it should.
